Patient Services Manager
Our Patient Services Manager, Jodie has been with the practice for many years and has developed through reception and administrative roles to become our Patient Services Manager.
Jodie is responsible for helping everyone understand the quality and performance of the surgery so is involved in QOF management (the Quality and Outcomes Framework- where we achieved 100% in 2014/5 and 2015/16!), Clinical Governance Audits, reviews and surveys to ensure clinical quality and adherence with the various advanced services we provide.
Her role is very much patient focused, as such she deals with feedback (both negative and positive) helping ensure we learn from any incidents, operate a culture of openness and try and share learning and any lessons from incidents.
Is highly experienced and does an excellent job managing the reception team and staff rotas.
Jo is an experienced receptionist who also deputises with clinical audit and improvement activities as well as reception management.
Katarina is responsible for managing surgery finances, keeping accounts, purchasing, payroll and pension administration, staff administration and contracts. Data management of surgery policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Surgery asset management of buildings and equipment and project management.
We use data management systems to ensure clinical letters discharge summaries and results are collated , presented to the appropriate clinicians and that actions and clinical codes are added.

Our cleaners are here every weekday and do a magnificent job. Please if an area of the building has not had their attention or ever appears to need immediate attention please make any member of our team aware.
