Web & Telephone Consultation
You can already book appointments and request medication online. Through patient access – for those who have got those of you who have registered via our reception please you can login here: Patient Access online system.
We are trialling a new Web Consultation service, the idea of this is to help you get the most appropriate response quickly. You can access this through the “web consultation” button on the main home page panel. You will be able to provide us with a brief description of what you need from us and this may be used to allow a doctor to call you back, be entered into your notes to improve and enhance a face to face consultation or to provide us with information.
The great news is that you can fill this in at any time and let us know the best way of contacting you.
Telephone Call Backs
There are many things, medical & non-medical, e.g. sick notes, blood results, insurance claims, that can initially be discussed on the telephone, saving a visit to the surgery.
If you do wish to discuss any matter on the telephone with the doctor or other member of staff, then please ring to book a telephone consultation. We try and promote continuity and this may allow a quick telephone consultation with your chosen doctor or the person dealing with a particular issue. Doctors usually return calls after morning surgeries, but the Duty Doctor will return calls as soon as possible to deal with any urgent needs.
