Forms and Checkups for HGV Medicals, Insurance Purposes, Private Healthcare Claims, Employer and Solicitor Letters and Passports etc.

Unfortunately these sorts of services are not funded for free provision under the NHS. However, we can undertake these privately upon receipt of a fixed charge as per practice policy. This charge helps fund the time the and effort the practice has to expel when it would otherwise be completing funded NHS duties. We appreciate your understanding.

For those patients travelling abroad our Practice Nurse Team offer Travel health Assessments. This includes general health advice, vaccine and Malaria Prophylaxis. Private prescription for malaria and some vaccines incur a charge. Up to date prices can vary considerably and are available upon request and at clinic slot.
